    Newborn photo Newborn photography is suitable for newborns, up to the second week of life. It is therefore appropriate to agree date before delivery - however, if we have free dates, we can also arrange a last minute photo shoot. It should be taken into account that it is a more time-consuming photo shoot, which can take up to 3 hours, depending on how the baby will work together. It is ideal to arrange a time in which the baby will sleep and sleep the whole photo. We will need your full cooperation during the photo shoot. Photography takes place in our photo studio at Priemyselná 10 / B Trnava, where we have all the necessary props (in exceptional cases, we can agree on the transfer of props and equipment to your home for a handling fee of 70 €). The studio is heated to 28-30 ° C before the photo shoot, so that the baby is not cold, as most of the photo shoot will be naked.     The Complaints Procedure regulates the rights and obligations of MiMa Group sro and its customers in the area of complaints concerning the processing of photographic orders (making photographs, retouching photographs) based on the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Act. 1. PRINCIPLES FOR RECEIVING COMPLAINTS 1.1 The customer is obliged to exercise the rights arising from the liability for defects of processed orders directly at the KreaTTif Atelier photographic studio, which is managed by MiMa Group sro (hereinafter referred to as the "photo studio"). 1.2 As part of the complaint procedure, the customer is obliged to fill in a complaint form together with a detailed description of the defect (delay, replacement of the order, incorrect quantity or format of photographs, loss of the order, other defect). The customer is obliged to truthfully state all required information and provide the necessary cooperation. 1.3 Depending on the nature of the defect, the customer is obliged to submit an erroneous complete order together with the completed complaint form. 1.4 The photo studio will confirm receipt of the complaint on a copy of the complaint form. 1.5 Any complaint that contains false information or if the complaint is filed after the deadline for filing a complaint specified in point 2.1 below will be considered unjustified. A complaint will also be considered unjustified if the customer does not want to use the gift voucher, or where the customer complains about photos where he does not like himself or a complaint that is in conflict with the processing data in the price list and photo studio conditions / e.g. photographs without modifications, etc. 2. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND EQUIPMENT OF COMPLAINTS 2.1 The customer is obliged to report the defect of the processed order without undue delay after having had the opportunity to inspect the item, but no later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order. In the case of make-up services after make-up. 2.2 The rights from the liability for defects of the processed orders expire if they have not been exercised within the period according to point 2.1 above. 2.3 Complaints concerning the quality of the completed order or sold item will be taken over by the Photo Studio and sent for assessment. Complaints will be settled as soon as possible, according to the law within 30 days. 2.4 Undelivered orders The photo studio will shred the DVD after 3 months from the execution of the order. 3. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY OF COMPLAINT 3.1 The customer acknowledges that if the photographic material intended for processing is not of standard quality, and this defect is not detected during the receipt of the photographic material, for this reason the photo studio reserves the right to reject the order at a later date. 3.2 By ordering the services, customers agree to all the conditions and are aware that the resulting creation and editing is the subjective intellectual creation of the photographer as an artist and are familiar with the reference creation from the company's website. 4. RIGHTS ARISING FROM ELIGIBLE COMPLAINTS 4.1 In the event that the complaint is recognized as justified within the meaning of Article 3, within the time limits set out in point 2.3 above: a) a correction of the accepted order is performed consisting in the wrong quantity, format or exchange and its delivery to the customer via a photo studio or by Slovak Post, if the customer has ordered the order with delivery by Slovak Post (b) in the event of non-compliance with the agreed processing time, a discount shall be made on the fixed price, exceeding the agreed time by 1 day of 5%, 2 days of 10% and 3 or more days of 15%, the time being counts after the customer has submitted the final selection of photos (c) in other cases, the relevant legislation or agreement of the parties will be followed. 5. FINAL PROVISIONS 5.1 The purpose of these Complaints Procedure is to ensure proper and timely protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the customer.     V KreaTTif shope sa snažíme vyrobiť každú vec s láskou a najlepšie ako vieme. Sme tiež však len ľudia a môže sa stať, že sa niečo pokazí. Ako postupovať? ​ Záručná doba a reklamácie tovaru Záručná doba na tovar zakúpený v internetovom obchode je 24 mesiacov. Záručná doba začína plynúť dňom prevzatia tovaru zákazníkom. ​ Záručný servis zabezpečuje prevádzkovateľ internetového obchodu. Nekompletnosť zásielky alebo poškodenie tovaru je nutné oznámiť do 48 hodín od prevzatia zásielky e-mailom na adresu . Neskoršie reklamácie nekompletnosti zásielky alebo mechanického poškodenia výrobku nemusia byť uznané. ​ Kupujúci je povinný reklamáciu uplatniť bezodkladne u predávajúceho, a to hneď po zistení vady. ​ .Zodpovednosť za vady sa nevzťahuje na vady spôsobené nasledovným užívaním: a. k vade došlo mechanickým poškodením výrobku spôsobeným kupujúcim, b. nesprávnym zaobchádzaním s výrobkom, spôsobom iným ako bol uvedený v návode na používanie, c. používaním tovaru v podmienkach, ktoré neodpovedajú svojou vlhkosťou, chemickými a mechanickými vplyvmi prirodzeného prostrediu tovaru, d. zanedbaním starostlivosti a údržby o tovar, e. poškodením tovaru nadmerným zaťažovaním, f. používaním tovaru v rozpore s podmienkami uvedenými v dokumentácii, všeobecnými zásadami, technickými normami alebo bezpečnostnými predpismi alebo iným porušením záručných podmienok. 6. Zo zodpovednosti za vady sú taktiež vyňaté vady, ktoré vznikli pri živelnej pohrome. 7. Zodpovednosť za vady sa nevzťahuje taktiež i na bežné opotrebenie tovaru (alebo jeho časti) spôsobené používaním tovaru. Kratšiu životnosť výrobku teda nemožno považovať za vadu a nedá sa reklamovať. ​ Ak chcete zakúpený tovar reklamovať, vopred nás, prosím, kontaktujte na . Tovar nám, prosím, neposielajte dobierkou. Do balíka priložte kópiu daňového dokladu (faktúra), ktorý sme vám poslali s tovarom. ​ Po obdržaní reklamovaného tovaru vás budeme bezodkladne kontaktovať e-mailom alebo telefonicky a dohodneme sa s Vami na rýchlom vyriešení reklamácie. ​ Pri identifikácii vady reklamovaného tovaru postupujeme podľa zákonných ustanovení Občianskeho zákonníka (§ 622 a 623). Odstrániteľné vady sme povinní odstrániť bez zbytočného odkladu, alebo na Vašu žiadosť zrealizovať výmenu tovaru. Ak ide o vadu, ktorú nemožno odstrániť a ktorá bráni tomu, aby sa tovar mohol riadne užívať ako vec bez vady, máte právo na výmenu tovaru alebo právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy. ​ Vybavenie reklamácie zrealizujeme jedným z nasledujúcich zákonných spôsobov: odovzdaním opraveného tovaru výmenou tovaru vrátením kúpnej ceny tovaru vyplatením primeranej zľavy z ceny tovaru písomnou výzvou na prevzatie plnenia odôvodneným zamietnutím reklamácie tovaru V prípade uznania reklamácie Vám podľa vášho rozhodnutia reklamovaný tovar vymeníme kus za kus, prípadne poskytneme iný, ktorý si vyberiete (do hodnoty reklamovaného tovaru), a rovnako znášame náklady na jeho vrátenie a dodanie nového tovaru, alebo máte právo od zmluvy odstúpiť a v takom prípade Vám vrátime peniaze. Reklamácia bude vybavená v čo najkratšom čase, najneskôr však do 30 dní od uplatnenia reklamácie a prijatia reklamovaného tovaru. O výsledku reklamácie budete informovaný bezprostredne po ukončení reklamačného konania e-mailom a spolu s tovarom Vám bude doručený reklamačný protokol. ​ V prípade, že si uplatníte reklamáciu tovaru počas prvých 12 mesiacov od uzavretia kúpnej zmluvy, môžeme vybaviť reklamáciu zamietnutím len na základe vyjadrenia znalca. Náklady spojené s odborným posúdením znalca znášame v plnom rozsahu. ​ Ak si uplatníte reklamáciu tovaru po 12 mesiacoch od uzavretia kúpnej zmluvy a zamietneme ju, sme povinní v doklade o vybavení reklamácie uviesť, komu môžete zaslať tovar na odborné posúdenie. Vašim využitím práva na odborné posúdenie, podľa doloženého kontaktu, spojené náklady odborného posúdenia tovaru, ako aj všetky ostatné s tým súvisiace bez ohľadu na výsledok odborného posúdenia znášame my. V prípade, ak v rámci jednej objednávky bol tovar dodaný oddelene, lehota na odstúpenie plynie okamihom prevzatia tovaru, ktorý bol dodaný ako posledný. Zákazník môže odstúpiť od zmluvy aj pred začatím plynutia lehoty na odstúpenie. Ak zákazník odstúpi od zmluvy, ruší sa tým aj každá prípadná doplnková zmluva s ňou súvisiaca. ​ ! V prípade, že sa jedná o tovar vyrobený na mieru, t.j. produkt je vyrobený tak, že si zákazník zadá individuálne rozmery, farbu, na produkte sú uvedené iniciály či dátum určený zákazníkom, zákazník nemá možnosť odstúpiť od zmluvy. Právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy ste povinný uplatniť písomnou formou v listinnej podobe alebo v podobe zápisu na inom trvanlivom nosiči (e-mail), pričom môžete použiť formulár dostupný na našej internetovej stránke. Lehota na odstúpenie od zmluvy sa považuje za zachovanú, ak ste oznámenie o odstúpení od zmluvy odoslali najneskôr v posledný deň lehoty. ​ Odstúpením od zmluvy sa kúpna zmluva ruší od začiatku. V súlade s ust. §517 ods. 1 Občianskeho zákonníka môže zákazník uplatniť odstúpenie aj len vo vzťahu k časti predmetu zmluvy (ak predmetom zmluvy resp. záväznej objednávky bolo dodanie niekoľkých produktov) a v takom prípade sa zmluva ruší len v tejto časti. ​ Zákazník je povinný najneskôr v lehote 14 dní odo dňa odstúpenia od zmluvy zaslať tovar späť na adresu MiMa Group s.r.o. Pri odstúpení uveďte informáciu, o ktorú z uvedených kompenzácií máte záujem. Kúpnu cenu však nie sme povinní vrátiť, dokým nám nie je doručený tovar alebo kým nám zákazník nepreukáže aspoň spätné zaslanie tovaru. Pri odstúpení od zmluvy Vám budú rovnako refundované náklady dodania tovaru v rozsahu najlacnejšieho bežného spôsobu doručenia, ktorý Vám ponúkame (t.j. bežné poštovné za doručenie zásielky Slovenskou poštou).V prípade neoprávneného odstúpenia od zmluvy Vám bude tovar vrátený na Vaše náklady. ​ Alternatívne riešenie sporov V prípade, že nie ste spokojný s vybavením Vašej objednávky, dodaným tovarom alebo našimi službami, napíšte nám na Pokiaľ sme Vašu reklamáciu nevybavili k Vašej spokojnosti alebo ak sa domnievate, že sme mohli porušiť Vaše práva, môžete podľa zákona 391/2015 Z.z. podať návrh na začatie alternatívneho riešenia sporu. U nás sa nemusíte báť, že zaplatíte za fotky pred nudným plátnom. Pri fotení sa zabavia deti aj dospelí! Galériu z minulého roku nájdete TU. Cena tento rok bude 120€, v cene, ako každý rok je 10 retušovaných fotiek, 3 pohľadnice (vytvorené z vybratých fotiek), všetky fotky vytlačené 10x15 cm, darčekové balenie a malý darček od nás :) NEUPRAVENÉ FOTKY NEODOVZDÁVAME! Cena prenájmu ateliéru pre fotografov je 50€/hod. V prípade záujmu o dlhší (celodenný) prenájom sa individuálne určuje cena a je možnosť aj individuálneho pridania termínu.
